Absolutely Horrible!!! We should have listened to the silence that scared us the moment we walked in, but we like to visit local independent places. There were three adults and a toddler behind the counter and no one greeted us. We stood there for several minutes before someone told us where the ordering area was. Their Menu clearly describes and shows a picture of Panini Sandwiches. I thought that's what I ordered, my friend ordered a BLT Panini. I received my sandwich which was a very lightly grilled turkey and mushroom sandwich that was almost immediately soggy because of the hot tomatos. This was not a Panini. My friends sandwich came just as I was taking my last bite and it was even worse than mine. Needless to say that she was not happy and told them so. He (the owner) told her that it wasn't his problem. She asked for a refund and he said no. I informed him that I also felt that those were not Panini Sandwiches and that we came in together to eat together, that I was done and now had to wait for her to eat a full meal. He replied at that point that he no longer served Panini Sandwiches and that if we wanted to eat together we should have told him to serve our food together. I never heard of the customer having to tell the Restaurant Operator how to run his/her restaurant. Don't waste your time or your money unless you want to be extrememly dissatisfied. Something else weird is they won't turn their lights on and prop open all the doors and you have to deal with all the flies that come in.
